Only where the restaurant chooses to allow them. In Maricopa County a food establishment needs a Dog Friendly Patio Permit from the county's Environmental Services Department before dogs (other than service animals) can be on its patio, and dogs are not allowed inside the restaurant.

Can my dog sit on a chair or the table?

No. Maricopa County's rules for dog-friendly patios keep dogs off seats, tables and laps, and dogs may only eat or drink from disposable containers. Keep your dog leashed and under control.

Is it too hot to bring my dog to a patio in Scottsdale?
